William A. Smith and Son Insurance has been around since 1928, when William A. Smith started the firm. Since then, the William A. Smith and Son Insurance family has been proudly serving the Tri-State area, creating customized insurance and risk management solutions for businesses and individuals.
Although we work with a wide variety of individuals and businesses in Orange, Dutchess, Sullivan, Putnam, Columbia, and Ulster Counties, over the years, we’ve developed a focus on auto insurance, home insurance and business insurance of all types.
We’re an independent insurance agency offering a comprehensive suite of insurance solutions to protect your business and your life from the unexpected. We don’t just sell insurance. We work closely with clients to help them make important and informed decisions every day when it comes to protection and their future.
Because we’re independent, our priority is you – not the insurance company. We represent many different insurance companies which offer a wide variety of coverage options and price points.
